1. Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "jita bat", "platform", "we" or "service" refers to the jita bat website and all related services, applications and operations. "User", "member" or "you" refers to the person who has registered on this platform or is using the service.

2.1 Registration Process

At registration you must provide a valid mobile number, email address and password. The account is activated through OTP verification. jita bat reserves the right to reject any registration for any reason.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.

3.1 Updating Account Information

If your registered details change, you must notify jita bat as soon as possible. The platform will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, jita bat will notify the member through their registered contact details.

4. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on jita bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Mobile financial services are used for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. Make sure to use the correct reference number and amount when depositing; incorrect information may cause processing delays.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Validity

jita bat will only process funds that come from legitimate personal sources. If a suspicious transaction is identified, it may be placed on hold until verified. Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jita bat offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms, and failing to meet those terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available including the weekly jita bat reload festival, cricket season bonus, slot adventure rewards, birthday gifts and friend referral bonus. Each promotion has its own wagering, validity and eligibility conditions.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Read the specific terms of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn from a bonus before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• jita bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus balance can cover part or all of a bet, but if the main balance is used first, the bonus balance applies afterwards.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on jita bat — slots, live casino, fishing games, card games and sports betting — are governed by specific rules.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Once a game result is finalised, it cannot be changed.

6.2 Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita bat platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating the system with the intent to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets using computer programs, bots or automated software.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other members.
• Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, discriminating against or behaving offensively towards other members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jita bat platform — logos, designs, software, game graphics, text and other materials — is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property rights. Members may not copy, distribute or modify these materials beyond personal use.

If any member attempts to mislead third parties using jita bat's name, logo or brand identity, this will be treated as an infringement of intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

jita bat makes every effort to ensure a secure experience for platform users. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Natural disasters, war, government restrictions or other unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).
• Loss resulting from the user's own careless disclosure of account credentials.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

jita bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud, cheating or system manipulation.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Suspicious financial transactions that could not be verified.
• Being identified as a minor.

In the case of a permanently closed account, any valid balance — excluding forfeited bonuses and funds from suspicious transactions — will be returned where possible.

12. Responsible Gaming

13.1 Evidence Preservation
